You should get the old Theme Hospital game on any platform you can over this game. That old classic is much better game and way funnier than this one.

This game is a depression medication.

The spiritual successor to Theme Hospital, Two Point Hospital does a great job at upgrading every aspect of that game into a shiny new package. This game is surprisingly deeper than you might think, and while you can totally get by with just following what's happening on screen, there are charts and adjustments galore that allow you to constantly refine your hospital into a life-saving, cash-generating machine. I personally like that some of the extras are locked behind "K points" which gives you something to work on while playing besides just beating the levels.

One small criticism is that some of the star ratings for hospitals take A LOT of time and money to reach, instead of reaching more hospital and health related goals. I would rather see that as opposed to just, "reaching X dollars."
