Stutter / frame-time issues - 5800x3d / RTX 5070 TI - 1440p

Hello.

Great game but the optimization is terrible.

I've encountered many frame-time issues / stutters throughout game-play.

High Settings - Video Below - This is for Chapter 12 - is the most stuttery until now... it's a complete mess.

Until I upgraded to the newest nVidia drivers, yes. I couldn't even get past the intro without massive horrible stutters. My rig: i9 13900K, 4090, 64GB DDR5. After the driver update, I finished the game, twice, at Ultra everything, 4K with only a tiny micro stutter here or there.

I have the latest Nvidia Driver 576.28.

Game is a stuttery mess - tried full-screen / Borderless, tried different graphical settings etc.

Imgur is giving me a "out of capacity error" so I can't check right now but on my rig (7900xtx + 7800x3d) I noticed inconsistent frame time too (I'm running the gamepass version I don't know if it matters) and to fix it I used SpecialK software. I've basically removed any framecap and vsync from the game settings and setup a softcap at 60fps with SpecialK, Now the frametime is steady and stable 99% of the time. Maybe it can help.
