Here's a Sorting Solution
Saw a few people wanting to sort presets themselves, I wanted to do the same. Here's my solution:

Right-click the steam 'game' to access files, and you'll see a 'plugins' folder. Don't click on it yet, stay here a moment: create a folder here called 'sort'. Then, create a shortcut to that 'sort' folder, and place it inside the 'plugins' folder. Do the inverse as well: create a shortcut for the 'plugins' folder and place it inside the 'sort folder.

Now, open/go-into the 'plugins' folder. Guess what? This is where each individual preset is stored, and, they are already sorted into categories that you never see in the program. You can manually enable/disable each category and subcategory (and by extension manually sort them) by putting any categories/presets you don't want to use into the 'sort' shortcut/folder.

Whenever you want to enable them again, you just go into the sort folder, and move them into the 'plugins' shortcut/folder again. If you know you'll never want to use any specific preset, just delete it, and you'll never have to see it again.

You can also make your own categories/folders, find your favorites, etc. It will still be annoying to go back and forth, opening and closing the program to find ones you like, but it's much better than just looking through them all blindly.

made a python file that mirrors the folders and "connects" each folder with each other using shortcuts
