There are skintight leotards for male and female V in Dogtown. Hard to say if they'll have the look you're going for tho'.

There are some, though they're a lot less slim, down in the "Outer Torso" section.

There's also a bunch of long legged unitards in the "Inner Torso" section, which are likely more what you're after. But only if you have the expansion.

I had a nice silver one in one of my playthroughs. It appears to be rather rare though and I have no idea where I picked it up. Pretty sure I did not buy it.

Strongly suspect that's modded.
It looks like one of the unitards, but they're all the same shape and that has a different shaped top area.

Nope, not coming from any mods. I do have some, but all they add to the game is legwear plus the option to combine pieces that would otherwise occupy the same slot. Hell, I wish I would find it myself again because I really think it´s hot.
