How does crafting work in this game now?
At some point I abandoned the game, even before all these global updates, I haven't logged in for a long time... And now I'm completely disoriented and can't figure out what's what.
How does it work now? Do I need to improve the corresponding skills, and if so, where?
So many questions...

You don't need any special skills (Perks) to do Crafting. Collect the blueprints, amass a supply of crafting components and have at it. You can't buy crafting components any more, but you can convert them from junk, clothing. dropped weapons and regular weapons you don't want. This game will turn you into a loot goblin if you want to do much crafting or upgrading (Iconics and Cyberware).
